Ensuring Service Availability during Valentines 2025 Celebration
To ensure the availability of services for our clients, Thai Wellness Massage (TWM) requires a $100 deposit for Couple’s Massages scheduled between February 13th and 17th, 2025.
You will soon receive an email from our Clover credit card partner with instructions to complete the payment online. Please note that our team members will never ask for or accept credit card information over the phone or via text. Additionally, your appointment request can only be held for one hour; if the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the requested time slot will be released for other clients.
Deposit Refund Policy
Can the deposit be refunded if I wish to pay cash?
Yes, once you complete the cash transaction, we can refund your deposit back to your credit card. A receipt for the deposit refund will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the complete refund to process.
Gift Card Usage
Can a gift card be used to secure an appointment?
Yes, you may use a gift card to secure your appointment. A $50 charge per person will be deducted from the gift card balance to confirm your booking. Please note that this charge is non-refundable.
